Residential and Commercial Real Estate Financing

Reeve Brown PLLC attorneys have experience representing numerous banks and mortgage bankers in high volume residential mortgage loans secured by one to four family units while satisfying and exceeding the timing requirements of the lenders. In addition, Reeve Brown PLLC attorneys have represented lenders with a broad range of commercial financing transactions, including commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) conduit lending.

Title Examination
